An intimate retreat in the heart of World Heritage wilderness – Pumphouse Point
I’ve created this additional post from our stay at Pumphouse Point, namely because this place is so damn photogenic! A good portion of my SD card was taken up with images looking out over the lake, the Pumphouse a key feature in nearly every one. There’s just something about it that feels almost magical – particularly in the late mornings as the heavy fog started to rise and the mirror-like surface of the lake reflected the surrounds.
Every time I look at these images, I’m immediately transported back there – cut off from the outside world without a bar of reception, soaking up absolute serenity by that gorgeous lake, with the Tasmanian wilderness right on our doorstep.
I can’t wait to stay here! Your posts makes me want to teleport there NOW!
Your photography is tip top my lady! X
Thanks lovely! I snapped up a storm while here haha I’m so excited for your trip!! I can’t wait to see/hear all about it! X
